TRUE Catalyst 5X6 Junior Hockey Stick - 30 Flex

Intro & New Features

The TRUE Catalyst 5X6 hockey stick offers high level performance and increased durability, staying intact for longer. It provides competitive players looking for every advantage with power and performance, and with the low kick point, it offers players with a quick release on every shot.

Stick Flex Profile

This stick comes with a unique flex profile. With the addition of Smartflex AI, it is a revolutionary advancement in shot mechanics, engineered to maximize power and optimize release. This adaptive technology seamlessly transitions between low, mid and high-kick flex profiles in real time, allowing players to execute any shot type without sacrificing performance. By precisely channeling energy through the shaft, Smartflex AI minimizes power loss and delivers consistent, explosive puck velocity on every release.

Shaft Construction

The square concave shaft on this stick features rounded shoulders. This provides players with a more natural feel, as well as grip while holding onto their stoic. The seamless, industry-leading shaft build puts the players hands in direct contact with the puck, allowing for enhanced puck control.

Blade Construction

The blade on the Catalyst 5X6 is made of SRT technology. This design allows for improved impact resistance and energy transfer when loading a shot. The blade also features a spread tow weave which provides the stick with enhanced durability and performance.

Grip

Equipped with a soft gloss grip finish, and a textured blade, this construction is enhanced for better puck feel and control. This provides players with the ability to feel the puck better on their blade and control the play better.

Blade Patterns, Flex & Stick Length

The TRUE Catalyst 5X6 Junior Hockey Stick comes in left and right hands, and is available in the following blade patterns: T28 and T92.

T28 is a much more aggressive stick pattern, used often by elite players. This blade curve specializes in quick and accurate shots, but can be difficult to get used to since it is also very good at raising the puck.

T92 is the best blade pattern for all-around play. It is great at handling the puck in small spaces but may suffer a little bit on the backhand.
